Hi guys!

It's been a while, hasn't it?

Honestly and truely, I've been so busy, I've hardly had any TIME to get on here, much less write a journal. I also haven't had a lot to update artwise. I have a moment here though-even though in less than 2 hours there is a band competition-to write a quick update.

School is...going well. I'm passing all my classes, which is a small miracle looking at my crazy Band schedule and the workload of Pre-AP classes. My Geometry grade isn't nearly as high as I wish it was, but other than that I've got really good grades. My favorite class has to be French I, because a couple of my really good friends are in that class and I love my teacher.

Band is...intense. It takes up a big load of my time and leaves little time for anything other than homework and sleep. I have practice Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, football games on Fridays, and (some weeks) competitions on Saturdays. At the same time, I'm really glad I'm in it. I've met a whole lot of new people, and I really enjoy marching our show, "The Mystic". We did our first competition last week, and we won our division, and everyone went NUTS. We ended up finishing in 4th, but that was still really good for our first competition.

Well, I'm going to try to finish some more homework before it's time to eat lunch and get ready to go to school. Talk to you soon!
